EDI Statemet
This statement articulates my commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, rooted in personal experience navigating educational systems across Azerbaijan, China, and the United States as a multilingual student with a disability. Drawing on my work supporting international students, coordinating accessible programming, and advocating for systemic change, I examine how intersecting forms of oppression—ableism, linguistic discrimination, and cultural marginalization—create barriers in higher education. The statement demonstrates my track record of EDI initiatives and outlines strategies for continued learning and institutional advocacy to create educational environments where all students can thrive.

Functional Area Presentation

Through practitioner interviews and research, I explored contemporary challenges including demographic shifts, post-affirmative action strategies, and AI integration. The work emphasizes that enrollment management remains fundamentally about creating equitable pathways to higher education.
